West Concord Pharmacy Your Independent Neighborhood Pharmacy

i went in with an issue with a prescription issue being that my doctor never sent it in. The pharmacist called my doctor while i was standing there and explained my problem. Best service i have ever had and will continue to use this pharmacy despite having moved 30 minutes away. The ladies behind the counter had the interactions with the other customers. overall I am very impressed with the place.

This pharmacy wins hands over with my family. the pharmacy carries many items that no other pharmacies carry, and if they don"t have in stock they will get it for you as a special order. the pharmacists are very helpful and educated, and will take the time to explain your prescription in terms you can understand. our family will no longer go to any chain pharmacy.also their prices seem very reasonable and they carry a lot of medical supplies you can"t find anywhere. thank you all for your help.

This is the best pharmacy. My family will never go to a chain again. The service was incredible and can answer any questions, I would tell anyone to go to this pharmacy over any other.

Warm & honest I transferred my prescriptions here when I got tired of the closest chain pharmacy (not CVS, they're further away) dissembling about when my prescriptions would be ready - I'm talking about "come back tomorrow" after coming when the chain originally said it would be there. The West Concord Pharmacy is better managed and open.

Even though it's not a major chain, (a plus in my book) this pharmacy is well stocked with over-the-counter products. The pharmacists are always friendly and there is rarely a wait.

Very helpful Each and every time I have had a question about my prescriptions the pharmacists have given me ample time at this pharmacy. They are well informed, courteous and always willing to be helpful, as is the rest of the staff. In addition it is important to support small businesses. West Concord is a lovely town and is the businesses that will help keep it that way.

Wonderful, non-chain Pharmacy Friendly, and, yes, comfortable -- not a chain mini-mall, more like an old-fashioned drug-store. Surprisingly large selection, OK pricing, good "medical supply/equipment" selection. Competent, patient staff, and supports the local economy. I happily pass the CVS to get here.

Very personalized service - older pharmacy without everything you see in the chain pharmacies, but what they lack in product they make up for with their personalized attention to their customer.
